Monday 90-minutes (weekly)
Start: 5.45PM, PBC
This group has evolved from 30min long runs up to the current 90-min (non-stop) workout.
If you are currently managing ~45min jog on your own, we would like to help you improve!. We accommodate slow and fast runners.
Running route and workouts vary every week but we do make a point of starting and finishing together at the ±90min mark. Nobody is left behind.

Suggested hydration at the end of the run: 0,5l water + 1 can of 100plus. Order your recovery hydration pack at the PBC bar! (1 RM discount!!)
